for two oboes, English horn, and bassoon

This work was written in 1995, and is stylistically between light bandstand music and more lyrical ballet music, evocative of the "Belle Epoch". Originally written for oboe, oboe d'amore, English horn, and bassoon, the instrumentation has been adjusted for a standard double reed quartet with two oboes.
