Twelve Duos K487
for two bassoons
by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) - Austrian composer
Mozart almost certainly composed these duets in 1786, and they were nicknamed "Kegelduette" (skittle, or bowling-duets) shortly thereafter. The original instrumentation is uncertain. Arranged and edited by Oliver Hasenzahl, this edition comes as one performance score. There are no separate parts. This set of duets is relatively easy, and is appropriate for junior high to high school players.
